Principle

The machine’s main construction is the U-shape mixing chamber and ribbon blender inside the chamber.

The shaft is driven by the motor & reducer gear: motor rotate and the shaft & blender will also rotate.

In the direction of rotation, the outer ribbon pushes materials from both ends to the middle, while the inner ribbon pushes materials from the middle to both ends. Ribbon wind with different angle direction carries the materials flowing in different directions. Through continuous convective circulation, the materials are sheared and mixed thoroughly and quickly.

Application

The ribbon mixer machine is suit for powder item that is low fluidity, such as milk powder, food additive powder, starch, seasoning powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder ect. Also it is suit for fine granule item such as dry detergent powder ect.
