Belt Dryer Machine

Brief introduction

ATWD series belt dryer machine is one type of continuous type of hot air dryer, heating source can be steam, heat transfer oil, flue-gas or electricity, biomass. Fan is used for heat convection and transferring heat to drying material, and fresh air is supplied and humidity air is exhausted. In the drying time cabinet, proper relative temperature and humidity can be kept well. Belt dryer machine important characteristic is most hot air will circulate in the cabinet, so the heat transferring and mass transferring are strengthened and energy is saved.

Working description

Materials that to be dried are distributed on the conveyor belt by feeding device (Such as Star-shape material distributor, swinging belt, conveyor &elevator, grinder or granulator). Conveyor belt will go through the channel that consists of one or several heating units. Each heating unit is equipped with air heating system and circulation system. And each channel has one or several dehumidifying system. When the conveyor belt goes through it, hot air will pass though the material that on the belt from up to down or from down to up so that the material can be dried uniformly.
